We currently have free EXPRESS postage on all orders over $100. All orders under $100 are a flat rate of $9.50 for standard shipping and $12.50 for express shipping.
We gift wrap each order and then pack your order as safely as we can using boxes for breakable items. If you’re purchasing your items as a gift feel free to let us know and we can also write a personalised note to the recipient.
We currently use prepaid postage satchels through Australia Post. This provides you with a tracking number to see where your items are during their transit.
We offer a postal service Tuesday-Friday from Rockhampton. Please place your orders the night before for them to be sent the next day. Please note express shipping does not mean express processing. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we may not be able to post on a certain day but we will contact those affected.
Please allow up 2 weeks for your parcels to be delivered. You can track its location using the tracking number provided.
Please note our business hours are from 9am-2.30pm Tuesday-Friday and 8am-12pm Saturday (excluding public holidays). We will respond to all matters as quickly as possible during this time. Please see our Facebook page for further information on other closures.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. We try our best to provide an accurate description of each product, however, if there is a problem with your product you can return the product for a full refund (less shipping fees); exchange the product for another of same value; or a store credit. We are not required to provide a refund due to change of mind.
You can return the product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns after that date will not be accepted. No returns, refunds or exchanges on earrings due to health and hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items.
Any product returned must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that it was sold in. We do not refund or accept returns of products that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse. Please keep your receipt and order number for any refunds, returns or exchanges.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. This may take a few days depending on your financial institution.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Please use a tracking number when returning as we are not responsible for return items lost by Australia Post. If you are exchanging the product for another, please send it with a self-addressed prepaid satchel to return it in. G&E BOUTIQUE are not responsible for paying return postage.
Please note we are not responsible for the product once it has been handed over to Australia Post – we cannot control the conditions in which it is handled, however we do package all of our products as safely as possible to prevent any damage.

Jewellery Care Instructions
All of our jewellery products have a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty whereby if there is a genuine fault with the product we will repair or in certain cases replace or refund the product. This does not cover general wear and tear or misuse of the product. The buyer is responsible for return postage of the product and G&E BOUTIQUE will pay for the postage of the repaired product/exchange.
Jewellery will naturally tarnish over time – this is not a default. Always protect your jewellery for knocks, scratches, objects it can be caught on, chemicals, extreme sunlight, heat or cold to minimise these effects.
Many factors can influence the condition of jewellery. It is important for you to take care of your jewellery to avoid damage. Please follow the instructions below to make sure you get the best wear out of your jewellery.
Remove jewellery every day before bedtime.
Remove jewellery when coming in contact with water – including: showering, bathing, swimming in the ocean and pools.
Do not spray perfume or apply creams directly onto your jewellery.
Keep away from extreme temperatures, humidity and sunlight.
Do not wear your jewellery when handling chemicals.
To store your jewellery items should be stored not touching other pieces and on a soft microfibre cloth or for earrings on the card they were provided with. This is to stop them from becoming scratched or tangled. Ideally they should be stored in a dark, cool and dry place.
Only clean the metal parts of your jewellery with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. Do not wet or clean with chemicals.

Leather Accessory Care Instructions and Warranty
Your leather accessory is made from 100% top-grain, ethically-sourced, quality leather. There is a one-year warranty for this product against manufacturing defects. In case of any defects please contact G&E BOUTIQUE with your order number and damaged product photos so that we may assess the product. We will then contact the original manufacturer and they will either repair or replace the item at their discretion. If a replacement is necessary and the product is no longer available a comparable product will be substituted by the original manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover damages due to neglect or abuse of the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.
Genuine leather and hair-on-hide is a natural product and every accessory has its own unique appearance in colour, feel, markings and texture and in so, requires proper care to ensure durability. Using products made specifically for its care, conditioning and cleaning will preserve its appearance and texture.
Leather in its natural form may cause some colour to rub off onto newer articles. If needed, a delicate leather protector should be used on the area that may have direct contact with your clothing. In cases of leather being soiled or rain spotted please allow it to dry naturally. In cases of badly soiled leather please send it to a leather cleaning professional. Using products made specifically for its care, conditioning and cleaning will preserve its appearance and texture.
